Some important equipment that are integrated with rubber processing machines are:

Mixing Chamber:

• Mixing chambers made from alloy steel and is 'W' shaped through which rotors are assembled
• Contact surface of chamber is stelite welded and wear resistant hard chrome plated
• Special steel jacket provided for cooling & steam for heating
• Rotors coupled with special quality rotary joints to take water or steam

Pressure Lid:

• It is made from alloy steel and is fitted with special pneumatic cylinder to press the material to be mixed
• Wider surface area provided that allow ingredients being mixed to turn and move in chamber freely
• An arrangement for water / steam circulation provided and surface is hard chrome plated

Dust Collector:

• Dust collector provided to collect spurt powder during mixing
• This collected powder can be further used in mixing, hence helps in saving waste material

Electrical Control Board:
Powder coated and dust proof electrical panel box provided that come fitted with

• Temp. indicators cum controller

Bed Plate:

• Machine has common bed where all components are arranged in proper manner by which there is no need of foundation
