These vacuum molding presses eliminate any chance of air entrapments in the mould during curing process hence the final product quality is great & rejection chances are minimized. The parallelism accuracy is also very important in these presses & closely maintained to produce better quality & precision key pads. Machines are available with PLC & MMT touch key panel, sliding or pusher cylinder & tilting arrangement

Vacuum Molding Presses for Oil Seals
These Machines are highly suitable to produce oil seals especially for automobile / motorcycles etc. These are PLC controlled, consume less pace, top plate tilting arrangement with bottom ejection. In these presses curing time is reduced & there is no chance of any rejections. These Presses are available in 50, 80, 100, 125, 150, & 200 tons capacities.

Vacuum Molding Presses for Medical Caps / Vacuum Compression Molding Presses / Vacuum Rubber Molding Presses

These vacuum compression molding presses are available in both 4 - pillars type & fabricated type designs with bottom platen sliding our & ejector arrangement. These presses are highly suitable to produce metal bonded rubber parts, bellows, engine mountings.

These hydraulic vacuum molding presses can be produced as per customers specifications & sizes with fully automatic operations including vacuum gripper, pneumatic clamping, automatic heatings of the sheet arrangements. SANTEC has already singed a joint venture with Thailand based "SUMMIT' group to produce these machinery in India.
